4 Panez is a phone-first picture format: one 16:9 super panorama, cut into four equal vertical swipe panes. Never a 2×2. The scene has to need all four.

## Format

- One 16:9 super panorama.
- Split into four equal VERTICAL swipe panes (each 4:9).
- Never a 2×2 grid.
- The scene must need all four panes.
- Surprise on swipe.
- Caption is a short swipe bar, under ~8 words.
- Phone-first. Full-bleed. Keyboard and swipe both work.

## Adding a new four-pane set

1. Add a scene id and four captions in src/lib/pane-sets.ts.
2. Draw the 16:9 scene in src/lib/draw-scene.ts (or replace the canvas with your own 16:9 asset).
3. Register the set. Point HERO_SET at it to preview.
4. Keep captions under eight words. Make pane three surprise. Make pane four pay it off.
